Residential and commercial development of 0.5 Ha site to provide 143 residential and retail stratas.

The design reinforces the existing street alignment to Wattle Street and Blackwattle Lane, while providing permeable through site links connecting streets, lanes, university buildings and adjoining developments in a cohesive network of open space. New buildings comprise a perimiter of slim north / north east facing cross ventilated one and two storey dual aspect apartments and a twenty level tower.

The Briscoe Building, an existing three level National Trust listed structure constructed in 1887 is retained and adapted for reuse as commercial office space.
