Adaptive reuse of former Grace Bros Repository Building, Camperdown to provide 61 residential dwellings and 5 commercial stratas.

A robust timber framed industrial building designed in 1938 by Morrow & Gordon Architects, including the largest goods lift in Australia. The Ironbark and Jarrah structure was sandblasted and new residential interiors inserted with spaces separated by active walls and joinery.

The commission included collaboration on the design of a new range of furniture tables which are now manufactured by King Furniture Australia.
