Refurbishment and addition to significant harbourside home.

Craigend is an eclectic modernist international style home constructed in1935 at Darling Point. The house had remained unoccupied for 20 years and needed complete refurbishment and partial reconstruction. Recognised by the National Trust of Australia, the Art Deco Society, Royal Australian Institute of Architects and identified as a heritage item in the Woolahra Local Environment Plan, works proposed for the home and grounds required consultations with a range of different stakeholders.

The completed project extends the existing home to provide additional bedrooms, guest house accomodation and a new pool pavillion.
