Adaptive reuse and additions to a circa 1906 heritage building with a well detailed stone facade and classical sandstone portico at City Quarter Camperdown.

Admissions was considerably altered and extended between 1939-1981. The design proposes removal of all additions, with the exception of 1939 second floor addition, and adaption of the existing structure for offices and meeting rooms.

To the north of the original building a glazed swimming pool pavillion with operable walls is proposed, together with a gym, change rooms and services, all addressing the "village green" for the community of six thousand residents.
